I bought a used outback and the expierence was fantastic. Tom was my salesperson, he was sweet and very approachable. He didn't rush me during the test drives at all. Shelby was my finance person, and it was quick and painless (which was a pleasant surprise, car shopping is notoriously difficult). I love my outback and I am so glad buying it was such a good expierence.

I’m terrible with names but the gentleman who helped me was extremely kind, courteous and helpful from the beginning! They worked with my extended warranty company in a quick and efficient manner. Quality work at a reasonable price
Took my truck in for a noise when slowing down and they figured it out and fixed in 1 day. Challenge for me was I purchased an extended warranty and it did not cover? What is warranty for if it does not cover vehicle problems. Great job to your entire service department. Answered all questions.

Shout out to Nick and Cam for the quick and speedy help! My boyfriend and I were driving cross country when my check engine light came on in the middle of nowhere. They were able to get my car in first thing the next day and ordered the needed parts to fix my car! They were even able to get the issue fixed within a few hours so we were able to get back on the road safely and without too much delay. They helped explain the issue and ensured we were good to go. Got to my car quickly — no appts available until 7/8, but I dropped it off Friday 6/26 and had it back Monday 6/29. It turned out not to be a complicated repair, and I very much appreciated the speed !

Didn't push or try to lead us in a certain direction. Gave us time to process and come to a decision and supported us both before and after we decided. They were not pushy like other dealerships have been, they were honest about work they could do and could not do, they were patient with me and with them.
